As of January 31, 2009, AnnTaylor Stores Corporation had 935 stores, operating under four divisions, located throughout United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. By division, we had 320 Ann Taylor Stores, 510 Ann Taylor LOFT stores, 91 Ann Taylor Factory stores, and 14 LOFT Outlet stores. As of fiscal 2008 year-end, our total square footage under management was 5.4 million square feet. By division, square footage was approximately 1.7 million square feet for Ann Taylor Stores, 3.0 million square feet for Ann Taylor LOFT stores and 0.7 million square feet for Ann Taylor Factory and LOFT Outlet stores.
